SRG has conducted telephone interviews on national, state, and local
populations on a wide variety of topics.
We have superb telephone survey capabilities with 20 state-of-the-art
dedicated telephone interviewing stations (expandable to 30) housing
the most up-to-date computer network and monitoring equipment.
SRG uses a computer assisted telephone interviewing software program
called CASES, developed at the University of California, Berkeley. CASES
is the most sophisticated interviewing software available, allowing
for maximum questionnaire flexibility and rapid data turnaround.
SRG thoroughly trains, closely monitors and supervises all interviewing
staff to assure unbiased, reliable data. Multiple callbacks and
call scheduling assure a high response rate and a representative
