SRG is currently conducting an evaluation of the Transition Assistance Management Program and Family Member Employment Assistance Program (TAMP-FMEAP) administered by the United States Marine Corps. These programs assist eligible Marines and family members as they transfer into civilian occupations and family members when Marines have a permanent change of station. The goal of the assessment is to determine the level of satisfaction with the current program and uncover any unmet needs that can be addressed by the program. SRG visited three of the eighteen program installations to gather information about the programs for survey development and to obtain feedback from service providers as service providers often have valuable opinions and attitudes regarding services and knowledge of unmet needs. Based on the information obtained from these visits, SRG developed a web-based TAMP and FMEAP customer satisfaction and needs assessment survey.
