SRG conducts a customer follow-up telephone survey of participants who have received services through Minnesota’s WorkForce Center System, including: WIA Adult Worker, Dislocated Worker, and Youth Services; Minnesota Family Investment Program; Vocational Rehabilitation, State Services for the Blind; and Job Service and Veterans Employment Services.
In addition to the three mandated Department of Labor (DOL) customer satisfaction questions, SRG also collects further in-depth information on WIA participants’ satisfaction with their specific program and its staff, their choices and active participation in the program, which aspects of the program they found most useful, and their opinion of the program’s effectiveness.
SRG provides in-depth reports for each program quarter as well as quarterly overviews covering program performance over the past twelve months. These reports are provided to each program and each of Minnesota’s Workforce Service Areas.
This multi-year contract entails interviewing approximately 5,000 individuals per year.
